Motor Classification
Hydraulic motor: Used to refer to the output of rotary motion, the hydraulic pump to provide the hydraulic energy into mechanical energy conversion device.
High-speed motor: Gear motor has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple structure, good workmanship, insensitivity to oil pollution, impact resistance and small inertia. Disadvantages include large torque ripple, low efficiency, small starting torque (only 60%-70% of rated torque), and poor stability at low speed.
The blade motor is a hydraulic motor in which the blade in the rotor slot contacts the shell (stator ring) and rotates the rotor under the action of the inflow liquid. Compared with other types of motors, vane motor has the advantages of compact structure, small contour size, low noise and long service life. Its inertia is smaller than plunger motor, but its anti-pollution ability is worse than gear motor, and its speed can not be too high. It generally works below 200 r/min. The blade motor is unstable when the load changes or the speed is low because of the large leakage.
Radial plunger motor: It has good reverse characteristic, which makes the operation of the motor absolutely quiet and suitable for servo system. It can work in two directions as a motor or pump.
Axial plunger motor: It is a kind of cycloidal hydraulic motor with rolling bearing support. The motor is allowed to work under high back pressure by using the overall structure design of the output shaft and the distribution mechanism, the inlaid stator and rotor, the support of rolling bearings at both ends and the special imported rotary seal ring.
Low-speed hydraulic motor: simple structure, reliable operation, variety and specifications, low price. Its disadvantage is that its volume and weight are large and its torque ripple is large.
Axial plunger motor: It is a kind of cycloidal hydraulic motor with rolling bearing support. Cycloidal motor: It is a small, low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor with internal meshing cycloidal gears. Its structure is simple, low-speed performance is good, short-term overload capacity is strong. There is a stator and a movable blade in the cycloidal motor. The stator, the blade and the transmission shaft divide the motor into two chambers. Each chamber has an oil outlet. When one oil inlet enters the oil, another oil outlet, the oil inlet pushes the blade to swing.
Piston pneumatic motor: It is composed of connecting rod, crankshaft, piston, cylinder, body, valve, etc. Compressed air is supplied to each cylinder through the valve in turn, thus expanding and doing work, and driving the crankshaft to rotate through the connecting rod. Its work mainly comes from the work of gas expansion.
