Working characteristics
The relationship between output and input, or between one output and another output, is often expressed. In terms of control requirements, the static characteristic curve should be continuous, smooth and without sudden change; the dynamic characteristic is usually expressed by frequency curve or response curve. The frequency curve should be smooth without jump oscillation point, and the response curve should converge quickly.
sensitivity
It corresponds to the output of the unit input signal. Specific moment, specific electromotive force and amplification coefficient are commonly used.
accuracy
Under certain input conditions, the difference between the actual value and the theoretical value of the output signal represents the accuracy of the micro-motor, and the error size is commonly expressed.
Impedance or resistance
In the system, the input impedance and output impedance of the micro motor should be matched with the corresponding circuit to ensure the operation performance and accuracy of the system.
reliability
It is not only the special requirement of micro-motor for control, but also the requirement of driving micro-motor and power micro-motor. Common parameters such as service life, failure rate, reliability and average fault-free time are used to characterize the reliability of micromotor operation.
